Fresh sangas and hot coffees. One of the OG's when it comes to the Melbourne sandwhich craze, you'd be kidding if you haven't heard of Nico's by now.
Proper worked directly with the client to build their third (and biggest) sandwich shop in Brunswick East.

Marc, Leo & Tommy had some wild ideas when it came to the fit-out of their third sandwich shop, with a daring approach to take over what was once a bicycle repair shop on Piera Street in Brunswick East. We certainly had some work on our hands. With the brief of ensuring efficiency and practicality, we developed a production-line styled space together featuring custom shelving to accommodate their kitchen storage and custom backlit steel Patina lightbox menus, which were then hand-painted by the team at Weekdays Design.
The overall effect was a considered but functional aesthetic aligned with Nico's classic deli-style look.
The resulting amount of practical workspace meant the team can not only cater to their customers in Brunswick but also have a prep station for their other two stores.
A fantastic team to work with. Go check them out for a sanga!
